Casimir Ferrer was born in Trébas, France on February 14, 1946. He began exhibiting his paintings and sculpture in Europe in the early 1970s. His work was presented in the United States and Canada in the 1980s and numerous public commissions followed. His paintings are characterized by bright colors and spontaneous movement combining figurative elements with abstraction. His common themes include, music, dance and theater.
His work is in numerous private and public collections throughout Europe, Canada and the United States.
